Bakersfield CA Real Estate Market Update

I wanted to give you an update about what’s been happening in our local real estate market.

Over the past couple months we have seen interest rates increase which in turn has caused our inventory to build. We are up by about 30 percent now from last year, which has helped balance our market out.

We are also seeing appreciation rates are up by 28 percent. Our sold homes continue to remain strong as well. Sellers are still seeing multiple offers situations and getting great prices for their homes.

All around it is a great time to buy. Buying is cheaper than renting and our market has balanced so both buyers and sellers can be happy!
